The next Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin will take place in Paris from 30 October to 5 November 2023, with free admission and an exceptional programme in the presence of artists and guests from all over the world.

Documentary approaches, experimental fictions, videos, hybrid and multimedia forms. In the presence of artists and guests from all over the world, the 2023 edition in Paris will offer a unique international programme bringing together works selected from the 7,024 submissions received from 120 countries. The programme of the Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin 2023 included 165 works from 42 countries, 90% of which were premieres: screenings, exhibitions, VR experiences, performances, forums and panel discussions.

For 7 days, the Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin will offer a genuine laboratory for discovery and reflection dedicated to contemporary practices in the moving image.

#must-see - A retrospective of full-length films by Yvonne Rainer, a key figure in the avant-garde from the 1960s to the 2000s, shown in France for the first time in 10 years.

For the second year, an international jury will award the Moving Image Art Prize to one of the works in the programme.
