In an apartment, three characters (Vera, Alex, Sylvain) interact behind closed doors. In this trio, each one is interdependent of the others. The trio develops around exchanging and the values attached to what is exchanged. Vera lives in an apartment with Alex, live-in housekeeper and friend. The two women engage in a peculiar business deal with a man, Sylvain, who comes by everyday with an envelope containing money from misdemeanors. Alex has to describe in details every petty theft to Vera, and she pays him twice the value of the stolen amount. In this trio, each person is linked to the others, the individuals are not more than servants to the system , prisoners of their own greed and desire. When Sylvain leaves this organization, there?s a snag, a slight interruption that puts the system in danger.
