 "Le 20ème siècle a connu la plus grande chanson de tous les temps "Comme d'habitude" qui fut immortalisée par sa version anglaise "My Way". Elle ne connut pas immédiatement le succès qu'on lui connaît aujourd'hui. Pourtant elle fit le tour du monde et aujourd'hui, elle est encore le titre le plus joué sur les radios de la planète." Extrait d'un texte trouvé sur Internet. Une projection sur un écran construit comme un morceau de décor. Placé librement dans l'espace, il prend la fonction d'arrière-plan. C'est un projet dans lequel le son circule dans l'espace, un espace sans localisation précise, qui peut se démultiplier et voyager. En passant d'un lieu à un autre on retrouve chaque fois la même mélodie, "la chanson la plus diffusée au monde". Un plan fixe (un décor d'intérieur) réapparaît à un rythme régulier et suit l'intégralité de la chanson. Des séquences de scènes d'extérieur s'intercalent et parasitent la lecture de la mélodie. Un fond musical qui devient obsessionnel et des images captées dans divers endroits se superposent dans un voyage immobile. "My Way" est un "road movie" produit par le hasard de la rencontre entre le son et l'image.  Es handelt sich um ein Projekt, bei welchem der Klang im Raum zirkuliert, einem Raum ohne spezifische Ausrichtung, der sich fortbewegen und verengen kann. Von einem Ort zum andern wechselnd, begegnet man jedes Mal der gleichen Melodie: "My Way", das am meisten gespielte Lied auf der Welt. Der Film wird auf einen als Raumdekor konzipierten Bildschirm projiziert. Frei in den Raum platziert, erhält dieser so die Funktion eines Hintergrundes. Ein fixer Plan erscheint in regulärem Rhythmus und folgt dem Lied in Gänze. "My Way" ist ein "Road Movie", hervorgebracht durch die Zufälligkeit der Begegnung zwischen Klang und Bild. The film is projected on a screen built like a piece of the setting. Freely placed in space it adopts the function of a background. This is a project where the sound circulates in space, space of a non-specific location, a space that can travel and multiply itself. Passing from one place to another we can always hear the same tune, "the most broascast song in the world". A static shot (an indoor setting) reappears regularly and follows the whole song. Sequences of outdoor scenes come in-between and interfere with the melody. A musical background that becomes obsessive and images recorded in different places are superimposed, creating a still journey. "My Way" is a "road movie" produced by the coincidental encounter of sound and images.  ___ Note biographique Rada Boukova est née en 1973 à Sofia, Bulgarie. Après avoir fini l'Ecole des Beaux Arts de Sofia, elle a travaillé comme scénographe pour des spectacles théâtraux. Depuis 1997 elle vit et travaille à Paris. Récemment diplômée de l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Paris, elle a participé à divers événements à plusieurs reprises. Son travail de vidéaste se mélange à la mise en scène et la conception de l'espace. Depuis 2001, elle fait partie du collectif d'artistes L'Agence. Rada Boukova wurde 1973 in Sofia in Bulgarien geboren. Nach Abschluss der Kunsthochschule hat sie als Bühnenbildnerin für Theateraufführungen gearbeitet. Seit 1997 lebt und arbeitet sie in Paris. Die Nationale Kunsthochschule in Paris vor kurzem mit Diplom abgeschlossen, hat sie an verschieden künstlerischen Kundgebungen mitgewirkt. Ihre Arbeit als Videokünstlerin lehnt sich an jene der Inszenierung und Raumkonzeption an. Seit 2001 ist sie Teil des Künstlerkollektifs L'Agence. Rada Boukova was born in 1973 in Sofia, in Bulgaria. After having graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Sofia, she worked as stage designer for theatrical shows. Since 1997 she has been working and living in Paris. Recent graduate from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris, she has participated in different artistic events several times. Her work as a video artist blends in with staging and the concept of space. Un plan fixe sur un décor d'intérieur, le début d'une mélodie, "My Way" de Sex Pistols. Plusieurs séquences tournées dans des lieux divers viennent couper la continuité de la musique. Petit à petit on se rend compte que c'est la même chanson dans des versions différentes, un son brut enregistré en direct dans les lieux de diffusion. Les images spontanées sont saisies comme un document unique d'un passage. C'est une composition de fragments qui explore un langage réaliste visuel et sonore et une observation d'une émotion subjective et une émotion imposée.
