Biographie Jane Gang est réalisatrice de films expérimentaux, et elle est également activement impliquée dans leur diffusion. From 1996 to 1999 she has exposed the Brits to current USA based film makers and the Americans to the London based film makers, through both the London Underground Film Festival and the New York Underground Film Festival as well as an all day Festival at the Pink Pony. 'Half a Lager & a Packet of Crisps' programme was shown as the opening programme for 'SENSATION, British Art from the Saatchi collection' at the Brooklyn museum and as the accompanying film programme to the Patrick Caulfield Retrospective at the Yale Center for British Art Nov 1999. She has been secretary and board member of the NY Fim Coop, and a selection committee member for Mix'98. Her own films of which there are 11, have been shown extensively across the USA and in Europe. 'Down the Tube' won the Eastman Kodak award in '98 and 'Fine Lines' was listed in the top ten of the SLAM National Poets and Video Poetry competition, held in San Francisco,1998.
