Dans cette salle il y a des hommes qui y ont été prisonniers depuis leur enfance. Leurs pieds et nuque ont été empoisonnés, de telle sorte qu'ils ne peuvent que regarder droit devant eux et ne peuvent pas tourner la tête. Devant eux, un monument-image a été bâti, il ressemble à l'écran des spectacles de marionettes, entre l'opérateur et le public, au-dessus duquel tout ce qui se passe sur terre est montré. Imagine a chamber like a cave. In this chamber are men who have been prisoners there since they were children, their legs and necks being poisoned that they can only look straight ahead of them and cannot turn their heads. Biographie Jamsen Law a étudié les arts plastiques à l'Université de Hong Kong. Il a commencé à explorer l'art expérimental à la faculté, et il a essayé d'en déployer les possibilités, en combinant différentes formes artistiques avec les médias . Il a également réalisé des vidéos et des installations. Depuis 1993, il est membre du collectif "20 Beans + A Box". Depuis plusieurs années, il s'intéresse aux relations entre arts plastiques et performance. En tant que directeur technique de Videotage, il a participé à des productions comme VText, Microwave Festival. Il a été artiste résident à Artspace, Sydney, ainsi qu'artiste invité au Castel of Imagination en Pologne. Jamsen Law studied Fine Arts at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He started exploring experimental art in college and tried to expand the possibilities of art by combining different art forms and media. He also produced video tapes and video installations. Since 1993, he has been one of the core members of "20 Beans + A Box". In the past few years, the organization has been concentrating on investigating the relationship between performing and visual arts. Also as the ex-technical director of Videotage, he has been involved in productions such as VText, Microwave Festival. He has been the artist-in-residence at Artspace, Sydney, and was a guest artist at Castle of Imagination, Poland.
