Elle vit à Florence depuis 1995. Elle a passé sa thèse à l'Académie d'Arts de Florence avec le professeur Dario Evola. Son sujet de recherche était le corps et sa représentation, l'esthétique de la scène et les modalités expressives de l'acteur. Elle a commencé des recherches en théâtre, sur Antonin Artaud, Dullin, Mejerchol'd.
