The upcoming Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin takes place in Paris from February 25 to March 1, 2020, with free admission.
The programme of the Rencontres Internationales is the result of a thorough research and invitations to prominent artists in the fields of cinema and contemporary art.

In the presence of artists and filmmakers from all over the world, this exceptional edition will offer an new international programme bringing together 107 works from 33 countries, 90% of which will be premiered: indoor screenings, performances and concerts, a discovery laboratory dedicated to VR, associated exhibitions and off-site visits, panel discussions and a forum in the presence of heads of cultural institutions and emerging organisations, artists, researchers and curators, who will share with you their experience and views on new audiovisual practices and their stakes.

The Rencontres Internationales traces the specificities and convergences of contemporary practices of the moving image, examines new artistic forms and their critical approaches, and provides the necessary time for points of view to meet and be exchanged.

Among the 107 programmed works, there will also be the French premiere of "Aggregate States of Matters" by Rosa Barba (Italy), "Ghost Strata" by Ben Rivers (United Kingdom), as well as the presentation of recent or new works by Sebastian Diaz Morales (Argentina), Ghost Mountain Ghost Shovel collective (Taiwan), (la)horde collective (France), Laura Kraning (USA), Lina Selander (Sweden), Bogdan Smith (France), and many more.
