The Paris/Berlin international Meetings #2, Berlin, happened in the Brotfabrik theater from the 3rd to the 9th December 1998. The Paris/Berlin international Meetings #3, Paris, happened from the 10th to the 22th of June 1999, in the following places: the National Art School (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts), Action Christine Odeon movie theater, Jean Dame movie theater and Fnac-Les-Halles Auditorium. The Paris program included works presented in Berlin, plus new other works, installations, interventions, performances and debates. 350 film and video works from 35 different countries were exhibited- among them fiction, experimental movies, documentaries, video art, experimental video - on 35mm, 16mm, super8 and video supports; several cartes blanches : to Danièle Huillet ,Jean-Marie Straub, Robert Cahen, Claus Löser (film archives Ex.Oriente.Lux) and Jean Rouch; an homage to Michel Journiac was rendered; 40 performances, sound poetry, interventions, performances with screening, concerts with screening; 20 installations: "on site" installations, multimedia installations, video installations, night video screenings, sound installations and debates.
